Introduction
Welcome to Modetaris. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Modetaris mobile application ("App"), which allows users to browse, download, and manage Minecraft Pocket Edition mods, shaders, texture packs, and other content.
By downloading, installing, or using Modetaris, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement: By accessing or using Modetaris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Modetaris. If you are under 13, you may only use the App under parental supervision
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
2. Description of Service
Modetaris provides the following services:
Mod Browser: Browse and search for Minecraft PE mods, addons, shaders, texture packs, maps, skins, and seeds
Download Manager: Download and install mods directly to your device
User Accounts: Create and manage user accounts with profiles
Chat System: Communicate with other users through private messaging
Comments & Ratings: Leave comments and ratings on mods
Social Features: Follow other users and share content
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Modetaris, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain Account Security: Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
Acceptable Use: Use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
Respect Others: Be respectful to other users and not engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
No Inappropriate Content: Not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
No Spam: Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of mass messaging
Report Violations: Report any violations of these Terms to us
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Unauthorized Access: Access the App through unauthorized means or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the App for any purpose without prior written consent
Malicious Code: Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the App
Fraud: Engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or manipulating ratings
Copyright Infringement: Upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Modetaris Ownership
Modetaris and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content
License to Us: By posting content on Modetaris, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App
Your Rights: You retain ownership of any content you post and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post such content
Third-Party Content: Mods and other content available through Modetaris may be owned by third parties. You must respect their intellectual property rights
5.3 Minecraft and Mojang
Modetaris is a fan-made application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All rights reserved.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
7. Advertising
Third-Party Ads: Modetaris may display advertisements from third parties, including Unity Ads and AdMob
Ad Content: We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
Ad Revenue: Revenue from advertisements helps support the continued development and maintenance of Modetaris
No Guarantee: We do not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised through the App
8. Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis: Modetaris is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
No Warranty: We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Mod Compatibility: We cannot guarantee that all mods will work with your specific device or Minecraft version
Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or compatibility of mods or other content provided by third parties
Device Compatibility: The App may not be compatible with all devices or Android versions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Direct Damages: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your device resulting from use of the App
Mod Issues: We are not liable for any issues, damages, or problems caused by mods or other content downloaded through the App
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modetaris and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:
Your Use: Your use of the App and your violation of these Terms
Your Content: Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
User Disputes: Any dispute between you and any other user of the App
11. Termination
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features within the App
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data
Survival: Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Modetaris is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

Email: If you have provided your email address
Website Notice: By updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
